Cancer Foundation of China (abbreviated as “CFC”), previously called China Cancer Research Foundation (abbreviated as “CCRF”), was founded on October 26, 1984. As an independent, non-profit organization dedicated to cancer control in China, CFC is a public fund-raising foundation of nation-wide coverage. Professor Wu Hunting, a distinguished radiation oncologist, Professor Chen Minzhang, the late Minister of Health, and Professor Li Bing, the late Director of the National Office of Cancer Control were the Foundation’s past presidents in successions.
